Bible Verse of the Day December 5, 2012

Bible Verse about God’s Plans:

Jeremiah 29:11

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Everyone has many plans in their life, including you and me. We strive very hard to go according to the plan and achieve our goals. Before you make your plans, God knows your plans. Your plans may sometimes become a huge failure.

But God has wonderful plans for you. Plans which will make you prosper in life; Plans which will never hurt you; Plans which will give you hope; Plans which gives you a marvelous future. God’s plans will never go in vain. So whenever you set your plans, ask God as, “Help me achieve it, if it is your will”.

  1. It’s more an amalgam of reltaed stories, but school bullying, and particularly cyber-bullying, has been a huge media obsession this year. Also, the release of individual teacher value-added data in New York and California, though very recent, might rank up there, perhaps as part of the idea that accountability rhetoric is surging again (along with the familiar policy proposals for quick fixes and scapegoating of teachers).
