Bible Verse about Talents

Bible Verse of the Day April 4, 2013

Matthew 25:28-30

“So take the bag of gold from him and give it to the one who has ten bags. For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them. And throw that worthless servant outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Anything which is kept untouched and without proper maintenance becomes dusty and is put to damage. It will not function the same way as it did earlier. You should use it, improvise and revitalize it day by day. In the same way, your talents should be given importance and you should not let it vanish away from you as days pass by.

Search within yourself and see what specific talent you have and put them into use. If you make use of your single talent, you will be blessed with more and more. Do not waste your talent and consider it worthless, then that one talent will be taken away from you and will be given to someone who will make use of it more than you do. Consider your talents to be a huge bag of Gold, utilize it…

  1. Dear George,

It is very simple, if you are not aware of what talents you have, ask your friends or your dear ones. They will surely know what special talents you have. Hope that helps!

    God Bless you!

  2. To begin with, we should understand that we are distinct members of the body of Christ. Our own physical body parts have distinct uses, hence in a similar way can be translated to our responsibilities in the church, our community, and society at large.
