Bible Verse about Hospitality

Romans 12:12-15

“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.”

Doing good to people who do good is not something great. But sharing with people who are in need will always be praised. Do not neglect people, who come to you during their need. Never fail to show your hospitality.

Be faithful in prayer; Be patient in misery; Be joyful in hope. Rejoice with people who rejoice and also mourn with people who mourn. If you are really willing to share someone’s happiness, you should also be willing to share their sorrow. Never let curse come out from your mouth, instead bless those who persecute you. God will do His part…

  1. Its usually not easy to rejoice in hope, because sometimes you will be anxiously waiting for something to happen, and anxiety can hardly partner with joy. But thank God for The Holy Spirit, our comforter, counselor and source of joy in all situations. We just need to trust God all the time.
