Bible Verses about Arguement

Bible Verse of the Day March 16, 2012

Bible Verse about Quarrel:

Proverbs 17:14

“Starting a quarrel is like breaching a dam; so drop the matter before a dispute breaks out.”

Message:

We get angry during certain situations we come across and we begin to fight and quarrel. When we are in anger, we forget what we do and what we speak. As a result, we talk undesirable words which could hurt each other. So in order to build any happy relationship, it is better to be very cautious during such situations and control our anger.

Bible Verse of the Day 23rd August

Philippians 2:14-15

“Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.”Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky.”

Message:

When you are busy with something interesting and it happens that your husband, wife, children or anyone asks you to do something for them, do not murmur while doing the task or never argue with them that you cannot do it. Instead, do it with complete happiness and willingness along with a small pride that they have asked you to do it and nobody else. Give them the feel that you are really there to help them out anytime. As we are children of God, we should make sure that we are blameless and pure. With such an attitude, you will surely shine like a beautiful, bright star in the sky.

Bible Verse of the Day 22nd July

2 Timothy 2:23-24

“Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful.”

Message:

Give up, when you are involved in any unnecessary arguments. If you think to win the argument, it will only lead to a fight. But if you quit, you can always avoid the fight. This simple strategy can be applied at your office, home, or any environment you get together. God does not want His children to be quarrelsome. Instead, He wants you to be patient, and handle situations wisely, without hurting anyone.
