Bible Verses about Hardwork

Bible Verse of the Day February 20, 2012

Bible Verse about being Wise:

Proverbs 6:6-8

“Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest.”

Message:

The ant is a very small insect but, the lesson it teaches has great value. There are people who cannot do their job, unless someone pushes them to do it. We too sometimes, forget to think wisely and act individually. We always depend or trouble others to get our simple tasks done. So from today, let’s throw away all our laziness and think about the ways on how to act wisely and get the job done.

Bible Verse about Hard-work

Bible Verse of the Day 27th October:

Proverbs 12:11

“Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies have no sense.

Message:

Some have a habit of using others to get their work done and gain credit without any pain or effort. Others, live in their own imagination and live lazy. If you have not taken any efforts, then how can you expect a problem free life? Work hard now for your future to be good. God will never let your efforts go in vain.

Bible Verse of the Day 13th August

Ephesians 4:28

“Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need.”

Message:

Everyone does not have the habit of stealing. But stealing has different forms like showing false accounts, when you take something which belongs to somebody else without their permission, stealing someone else’s ideas etc. When you deeply look over, the root cause for stealing is jealously.

When you don’t have something or when you are jealous on somebody’s wealth or growth, you steal. You may think it is just a small thing, but it is a huge loss for someone else. Remember, such type of attitude is not good. God has given you the strength to work and get benefited through your own hands. So, if you have that attitude, immediately quit and move away from it. God wants you to be clean-living.

Bible Verse of the Day 1st August

Ecclesiastes 11:6

“Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle, for you do not know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well.”

Message:

In  order to prosper in your life, put in all your efforts when you are young. You cannot change all things in your life, when you become old. So identify the right time and sow your seeds of hard work. Remember that not all of your efforts will fail, believe that you will surely succeed one day. Learn to utilize the time given by God, because every minute in your life costs so much and it decides your future.

Bible Verse of the Day 3rd May

Ezekiel 28:4

“By your wisdom and understanding you have gained wealth for yourself and amassed gold and silver in your treasuries.”

Message:

God does not hate people who make money through their wisdom, sincerity and hard work. Making money is not a sin, but having surplus amount of money and not helping anyone, when they are in need is a sin. Be generous to the needy, if you are rich.
