Bible Verse about Hospitality

Romans 12:12-15

“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.”

Message

Doing good to people who do good is not something great. But sharing with people who are in need will always be praised. Do not neglect people, who come to you during their need. Never fail to show your hospitality.

Be faithful in prayer; Be patient in misery; Be joyful in hope. Rejoice with people who rejoice and also mourn with people who mourn. If you are really willing to share someone’s happiness, you should also be willing to share their sorrow. Never let curse come out from your mouth, instead bless those who persecute you. God will do His part…

Bible Verse about Hospitality

Bible Verse of the Day January 4, 2013

1 Peter 4:8-9

“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.”

Message:

We love people who love us back. But do we love our enemies or the people who have done bad things to us? No, not many of us love our enemies. We always hate them and stay away from them. We take revenge and never want to forgive them. Also, when someone whom we hate, come to meet us, we fail to greet them with love and kindness.

When a person has realized his mistake, we should not punish them. We should forgive them and should love them deeply. Our love shouldn’t be shown with compulsions or regrets. Our love should be as the true love, which our God showed on us all.

Bible Verse of the Day 30th May

1 Peter 4:9

“Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.”

Message:

Offering a good hospitality will be quite difficult for anyone when, you are watching a good program on your television, or have a plan to go out for a trip, or when you are planning to take a nap. Try not to grumble and show arrogant faces to your guest. Greet them with a smile and serve them as you will serve the Lord. You and your family will be blessed.
