“I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving.”
“Thank you” is just two words but its value is very very huge for someone who hear it from us. But many people do not have the habit of saying “Thank you” when they get help from someone. The help may be big or small, but a timely help received from any person, should really be rewarded whole-heartedly.
When we so much think to appreciate and reward people who support us, how much should we be grateful to God who has done each and everything for our own good from our childhood till our time of death?
You need not have to spend days or months to thank God. Just spend a second or minute everyday, to remember all the good things He has done for you.
Say “Thank You” whenever you get time; Say “Thank You” for keeping you healthy; Say “Thank You” for every success you taste; Say “Thank You” for all the blessings you have received. “Thank You” always means a lot… So from now on never hesitate to say “Thank You” to both God and people!
Bible Verse of the Day January 7, 2013
“Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”
If you thing over the past days of your life and the present day, you will surely realize how much God has helped you and guided you. When you financially struggled, when you had health related problems, when you were depressed, God was with you. He redeems your life from all dangers and He comforts you throughout your life.
So, do not be disgraceful to God. Never fail to praise His mighty name and do not forget all the good He has done for you.
Bible Verse about Praise:
“From the rising of the sunto the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised.”
What a beautiful verse which reminds us all about the importance of praising God. We appreciate people when they do a good job. How much more should we praise God for all His mighty things He has done for us? Think about it.
