Bible Verse about Corruption

2 Peter 1: 3-4

“His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.”

Message

Though children may ask all what they like to their parents, being parents we know what is good and bad for our children, and we get them the right and the best ones. A good parent always give good things to their children and want them to stay away from bad company and habits.

But as a child, they become frustrated, when we don’t get what they ask for. Though your children may not understand your care for them in their childhood, they would realize it as they grow up.

In the same way, since we have called upon Him and our God is merciful and loving, His divine power has given us all want is needed for our godly life. According to His promises, He has granted us everything good and what is needed for our growth and welfare.

Through His divine power and promises, we all can stay away corruption and evil desires. Stay very close to His divine presence and everything will happen good around and within you.

We all make a note of the important things we wish to do, remember or that are precious in our life. In the same way, God says that He has engraved you in His palms. How much important and precious you are to Him? He always remembers you, cares for you and loves you. You are so precious in God’s hands.
