Ecclesiastes 5:5

“It is better not to make a vow than to make one and not fulfill it.”

Message:

We are all good in making promises and making resolutions. But not everyone, keep up the promises which we have made with someone. If you are sure that you cannot keep up that promise, then do not promise. Promise something, only when you are 100% sure that you can make it happen.

1 Timothy 4:8

“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.”

Message:

As we all exercise regularly to keep our body fit, we should also exercise on how to keep our mind and soul fit. Each one of us, should practice on how to live human and live according to God’s command. Living human and obeying God’s command is to love each other, help the needy, live a righteous life, setting an example to others etc. When you do that, you simultaneously add value to your life on earth and also add value to your life with God.

Isaiah 55:3

“Give ear and come to me; listen, that you may live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you, my faithful love promised to David.”

Message:

How many of us listen to God’s commands and live our lives according to it? Do not change the meaning of the Bible verses according to your situation. Instead, listen to what God says through the Bible, understand the actual meaning of every verse and implement it in your life. Turn your mind and heart towards God and you will see your future. God’s everlasting love will follow you. Allow the Bible verses to rule over you and it will make you strong.
