He will be your refuge when you are in fear and your strength when you feel weak. God will always be your help at all times of trouble.

You may think you have become old and nobody is there to take care of you. Keep all your hope in God. He will bless you with new strength. A strength which will make you a new creation. You will run but never get tired. You will walk but never be weak.
